Family Love Letter Seminar

Preserving what matters, for those who matter most.

Friday, January 16th from 7-9pm at Quest

Susan Brandt will be leading this life changing seminar. Before she retired from UBS Financial services, she was Sr. VP Wealth Management, CFP, CRPC. Susan brings a lot of knowledge, wisdom and experience that can be trusted as you prepare this Family Love Letter for your loved ones.

In drafting a Family Love Letter, individuals give their families an important and lasting gift — all the vital information loved ones need to know in case of incapacity or death. Preserving what matters, for those who matter most.

Fundamentally, estate planning is not about death and taxes. Instead, the most important goal of estate planning should be to provide “A Legacy for the Living.” The Family Love Letter is not a legal document, but a gift of clarity and love — helping families find everything they need in one place when it matters most.

The Family Love Letter – At a Glance:

Purpose:
This letter is a roadmap for loved ones during times of grief, stress, or incapacity. It organizes vital information, reduces confusion, and brings peace of mind.

We’ll talk about advisors, assets and financial information, insurance and benefits, legal documents and essential information, family history and ethical wills. Plus, we’ll talk about leaving behind a love letter to our families, with our testimony, along with our wishes for how to handle things after our physical death. There will also be a discussion about leaving a Family Mission Statement, stating the most important things that have learned in life that should be passed on to family.

We will be working through a booklet together, in which you can take notes during the seminar, ask questions and take it home to complete.

Please sign up at the Ministry Table on Sunday mornings to reserve your spot at the seminar. If you have any questions, you can reach out to Kevin Hughes.
