Christmas Movie Night – The Best Christmas Pageant Ever
Friday, December 5th at 6:30pm (doors open at 6pm)
You’re invited for another Christmas Movie Night at Quest! This year we’ll be showing the movie “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” (rated PG). As always, the refreshments are provided. This year is a little different though because your ticket price to get in the door is a non-perishable food item (can, box, jar, etc.) that will be donated to the Rockwood food pantry.
A little about the movie:
The Herdman kids are absolutely the worst. They lie, they steal, they bully…and they’ve hijacked the town Christmas pageant. Directed by Dallas Jenkins (“The Chosen”) and based on the international bestseller by Barbara Robinson, THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER follows six siblings who sneak into church searching for snacks and walk away with the lead roles in the town pageant. Grace (Judy Greer) is directing the performance for the very first time; she and her daughter Beth (Molly Belle Wright) and husband Bob (Pete Holmes) are less than amused. But the play’s mischievous stars might unwittingly teach a community the true meaning of Christmas.
The Legends Lunch Christmas Party
The Legends is Quest’s ministry for folks 65+. They gather for lunch once a month and is a great way to find some community.
The group will gather after service on Sunday, December 14th for a potluck holiday lunch! The ham will be provided, but the sides and desserts are up to the group! Sign up at the ministry table to select what you’d like to bring to the meal.
A good ol’ game of Rob Your Neighbor is The Legends’ Christmas tradition, so be sure to bring along a $15 wrapped gift for every person that wants to play!

Family Christmas Eve Service: Happy Birthday, Jesus!
Wednesday, December 24th at 10:30am
Come to Quest on Christmas Eve morning for a family service at 10:30am. We’ll be learning about and celebrating Christmas and the fact that it’s Jesus’s birthday! What does that mean for you? For your friends? For the world?
We’ll sing, learn, celebrate and even have a piece of cake!
This service is geared for kids and their families. Sometimes the later evening services are hard to maneuver with a family, so we hope that this kid friendly option will help make your family’s Christmas extra special!

Evening Christmas Eve Service
Wednesday, December 24th at 5pm
Celebrate Christmas Eve with us through a service of music, candlelight, and reflection. Enjoy msuic, a short message, and the warmth of gathering together in worship. Come early for light refreshments before the service. Please note that childcare will not be provided.
This service is often VERY full, so that means that the parking lot is maxed out. We will have overflow parking at Pond Elementary with our shuttle transporting folks back and forth.

Men’s Wednesday Morning Bible Study
Kevin Hughes, teaching pastor and directional leader at Quest, leads a Wednesday morning men’s Bible study via Zoom. Log in and join the group at 6:30am on Wednesdays for some connection and Biblical wisdom. The topics and studies that the group goes through vary, so feel free to email Kevin to get more details on the current topic.

Quest Students Sunday Morning
Quest Students Sunday Morning is a place for out 7th-12th graders to gather twice a month and have a church time that is geared more towards them. This group meets in the Quest house office during the main 10am service time. The schedule is as follows:

We know that many of our students volunteer in Quest Kids, so if you’re already scheduled to help in a classroom, please make that your first priority. Your presence matters to Quest Kids, so please honor your commitment first and foremost.

Quest Students is Quest’s youth group for students 6th-12th grades. They meet Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30pm in the lower level of Quest (unless stated otherwise on the schedule). The schedule can shift, so be sure to check the Facebook page for any last minute changes in the schedule.
