The new directory is here! There may be a few bugs being worked out, but you can get yourself signed in to get your new profile updated. If this is the first time you’re signing in to the new directory, please follow these steps…
You must use the email or phone number that is associated with your profile. If you can’t remember which email you used, please reach out to Beth and she can check.
- Go to the directory and use your email or phone number in the login page and click SIGN IN. When it asks for your password, click the “Forgot your password?” link.
- If you are using your email to login, enter it into the box and hit the blue button to “Send Verification Code.” A verification code will be emailed to you and follow the directions to reset your password and login for the first time.
- If you are using your phone number, enter your phone number into the box (no extra characters, only numbers) and sign in. Enter the user details again and click the blue Continue button. Use the verification code that is texted to you to sign in. If the phone number will not work, try your email. This is part of the system that has been having some issues.
- Log in and check your information. Is it up to date?

If you’re used to using the app, the new app is on it’s way. The company is trying to get the online site up and running before pushing out the new app. When it is released, we’ll let you know.
Are you completely new the directory? You want to join? Here’s how…
- Go to the directory and choose whether you’re going to sign in with your email or phone number. We recommend using your email, as the phone number system seems to be having some issues.
- Enter your email or phone number and “Send Verification Code”
- Once you’ve entered the verification code, enter your name and password info and hit CREATE
- Choose to Join a Directory by searching by phone number. Use Quest’s number (636)422-1450.
- Please be patient for the approval process, but once approved, you will receive an email letting you know you are now a part of the Quest directory and so then you can login and complete your profile.
