Our Quest Kids families were sent home with bowls of beans and rice. Well, the bowls have dried beans and rice glued to the bottom. This is a helpful reminder to help support the feeding program in Haiti! Families can put the bowl in a central place where it’s easy to toss in spare change. One meal is only $0.35, so let’s see how many meals we can help provide! In addition to our Quest Kids families collecting money in their bowls, you’ll find more bowls placed around the auditorium and on the Welcome desk as you come into Quest. If you have some spare change in your pocket that you can contribute, every little bit helps!
Last year, Quest Kids raised about $700 to help feed the kids in Haiti at the feeding program, then the adults in main service matched it. The program was able to feed 180 kids one meal a day for an entire MONTH! How amazing is that? Let’s do it again!
